Separate the yolks from the whites

Divide the sugar and add to the eggs

Whisk well together

Add mascarpone to the yolks

And finally add the whisked egg-whites

Dip the sponge fingers in the Ramazzotti

Make a layer of sponge fingers and a layer of cream

Sprinkle with cocoa
