Grilled sea bass x2 (35 minute wait)
Once caught, ask the waiting staff
Fried scampi and squid with tempura flowers

Second courses

Fried mozzarella and artichokes
Fried eggs in oil with brioche bread
Beef carpaccio with artichokes
