Traditionally, there are foods that are only enjoyed on certain occasions. The alternation of the seasons with the typical products of the earth, allow us to taste excellences only at certain times of the year. Just as it is difficult to propose the many excellent dishes of Italian regional cuisine on the menu.

As a tribute to the varied and precious cuisine of other places and the times of Mother Nature, for over eight years Rigolo has chosen to organize a "Theme Evening" every month with wine tasting and a creative and unique menu dedicated to the evening that sees also the participation of winegrowers, fishermen, olive growers and personalities who contribute every day to making good Italian food and drink wonderful, even in the world.
